The fan consists of an external rotor AC motor with integral electrical terminal box, motor support
with wire guard, and a one-piece steel diaphragm mounting plate.

They are pressed from cold rolled sheet steel, coated,
assembled with the motor and balanced to balance grade G 6.3.
The airflow direction on all fans is BLOWING, i.e. airflow through
the wire guard and then through the impeller.

Motors are rated for S1 duty (continuous operation), with IP54 ingress protection, class F insulation, and are suitable 220–240V 50Hz single phase, or 400V three phase 50Hz power supply. These motors can operate in an environment with ambient temperatures between -25°C and +65°C and humidity less than 90%. The fans can be stored and transported in environments with ambient temperatures between -40°C and +80°C and humidity less than 80%, in a well ventilated non-corrosive area. The motors have sealed for life ball bearings suitable for mounting with horizontal shaft or rotor on bottom (rotor on top available on request).
